Join our growing Section of Geriatric Medicine team in Southwestern Connecticut.
This position will provide inpatient consultative services at a 383 bed academic community hospital and satellite locations.
You will work with a diverse population performing geriatric hospital consultations as well as home visits.
Join a well-established and respected team with full support staff working inpatient with growth potential with outpatient population.
The Section of Geriatric Medicine works in close collaboration with a large Section of Palliative Care and provides education to medical students, residents, fellows, nursing students, and social work students from many surrounding institutions including Yale.
This team was recently recognized for the 2018 Empathy Amplified Award from the Cleveland Clinic for innovative programs and highly empathetic patient/family centered care.
We are seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible internal medicine or family medicine physician who has completed a Geriatric fellowship.
Program Director/Associate Program Director position is comprised of 30% protected time for fellowship duties including academic pursuits, research, quality initiatives, etc.
70% clinical duties to include inpatient consult service, home based primary care and assisted living practice.
Nursing home practice also available if desired.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
