CRM Solutions Architect

Position Summary This position is responsible for defining and blueprinting the architecture of the CRM, and integration with other systems. Description The CRM Solution Architect is responsible for consulting with internal business leaders on CRM activities including: design, implementation, upgrade, and/or extension of existing applications. The Solution Architect responsibilities include developing the Solution Blueprint of the CRM (s), conceptual and functional designs, estimating, managing vendor relationships, and leading and managing projects to ensure delivery on-time and on-budget and that the Management expectations are exceeded - quality and consistency is a must! He/She must have strong functional Salesforce.com knowledge (including Sales, Service, and Field Service) and be able to leverage more junior resources to achieve quality results. A solid background in project management and business process optimization is also required. This is a full-time salaried position with bonus. Out of town travel up to 20% may be required.   Responsibilities o             Configuration of the Salesforce.com application from the ground-up o             Specify and convey requirements for custom code, integrations, and custom reports to development team and test completed solutions o             Generate user and technical documentation o             Train end users, system administrators and helpdesk support o             Create, update, and review project plans, manage project team, deliverables, budgets, and deadlines   Qualifications o             7+ years' experience in consulting, business analysis, implementation, or product support in CRM systems o             Minimum of 3 full lifecycle Salesforce.comCRM implementations (Analysis - Deployment) o             Must have excellent time management and organizational skills, written and verbal communication skills, work well in teams, and instill Management confidence o             Strong department lead relationship skills and experience o             Ability to establish priorities and work independently o             Bachelor's degree in a related field; MBA is a plus o             English: Fluent   Desired Qualifications o             Salesforce.com certifications preferred o             Working knowledge of medical device specific best practices is a plus o             Experience with Veeva CRM a plus o             CPQ experiencepreferred o             Passing of background check, which may include verification of prior employment, criminal conviction history, educational and driving records.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
