Senior Product Manager - Paragard

Cooper Company Overview For over 28 years, CooperSurgical has worked with Ob/GYNs to provide highly-effective clinic and practice-based, contraceptive, surgical and obstetrics solutions...all with a goal to improve healthcare for women.  We currently produce over 600 clinically-relevant medical devices used by women's healthcare providers in their offices, clinics, operating rooms, labor and delivery suites, and reproductive IVF clinics worldwide.  It would be unusual to find an Ob/Gyn who has not used a CooperSurgical product at some point in their delivery of health care to women. As our first foray into the pharmaceutical market, CooperSurgical acquired PARAGARD IUD, a highly successful contraceptive used by over 6 million women since its launch. A strong strategic and promotional foundation has been put in place for this, our flagship brand.  And, now we are seeking a dynamic, driven marketing leader to successfully lead the implementation of the comprehensive marketing and cross-company efforts underway and build the plan for an even higher growth trajectory.   Overview of Senior Product Manager Position   The Senior Product Manager will be responsible for contributing to the strategic development and overseeing tactical implementation of marketing programs designed to drive brand awareness, increase adoption, and contribute to the achievement of business objectives for Paragard.   This position reports to the Senior Director of Paragard Marketing. The position requires a highly motivated individual who can work efficiently with cross functional partners to ensure strategic alignment and accomplish complex deliverables i.e. lead brand planning, develop POAs, and brand communications, etc.)   Job Responsibilities:    Brand Professional Marketing (HCP) Leader Lead for Professional Strategic & Tactical Planning Lead development of Professional Advertising Campaign, Creative & Messaging to deliver on established brand positioning Lead Marketing Strategy & Messaging for Sales Collaborate with agency partners in the execution of HCP strategic and tactical plans  Agency management - Work with the Agency of Record to develop and deliver all of the tactical elements of the promotional mix  Serve as brand leader to the field sales teams to drive effective communication of brand priorities and seek feedback to improve marketing tactics Work with cross-functional team & Sales Training to develop, coordinate, and execute Field Sales Plan of Action (POA) meetings  Work with market research and analytics to identify and implement metrics to gain market insights and measure performance on brand initiatives and programs Effectively drive tactics through the Medical, Legal, and Regulatory approval process Team Leader for National Convention Presence Monitor products, marketplace, and competitor trends and issues to anticipate/identify threats and opportunities. Make recommendations and develop tactics to respond to threats and opportunities.   Experience and Skills Required: o B.A. or B.S. degree o Minimum of 3 years of pharmaceutical HCP marketing experience o Proven business analysis skills o Proven agency management skills (for example, managed the agency of record, managed agency pitches for RFPs, etc.) o Knowledge of pharmaceutical legal, promotional compliance, and medical review processes o Strong written and oral communication skills as well as good presentation skills   Experience and Skills Preferred: o Experience/knowledge of women's health category o Brand and/or Indication Launch experience o Sales and/or sales training experience o Master's in Business Administration o Capacity to influence decision making and work done by others over whom you have no formal authority   Personal Attributes: o Highly adaptable/Flexible (ability to multi-task) o Cultural and Team Fit o Ability to navigate within an ambiguous environment o Collaborative o Strong written and oral communication skills o Highly Motivated o Strategic Thinker o Results Driven with high sense of urgency o Articulate o Organized/Detail Oriented o Team player o Self-awareness, low-ego

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
