A strong strategic and promotional foundation has been put in place for this, our flagship brand.  And, now we are seeking a dynamic, driven marketing leader to successfully lead the implementation of the comprehensive marketing and cross-company efforts underway and build the plan for an even higher growth trajectory.   Overview of Senior Director of Marketing Position Senior Director of PARAGARD is responsible for creating and implementing the strategy for branding, promoting and selling PARAGARD to achieve corporate & division financial objectives. Oversees all aspects of marketing, provides strategic as well as tactical execution of the marketing and distribution of PARAGARD.   Responsibilities:        Provide Brand direction and serve as Brand Champion for Paragard        Develop annual business plan, present, and gain approval from senior management        Sets Brand goals and forecasts        Lead ELECT National Placement Training Program        Lead Marketing Team of 3 to successfully implement Professional, Consumer & Media Marketing Strategies        Senior Level relationships with Sales, Market Access, Corporate Accounts, Distributors, Medical and Manufacturing to flawlessly execute brand strategies        Successfully and efficiently partner and provide disciplined direction for advertising, media, and public relations agencies to result in growth generating HCP and Consumer advertising and public relations campaigns        Supervise marketing, advertising and media budgets for efficient spend to approved levels        Continually generate key HCP & Consumer insights for the brand via comprehensive market research efforts        Lead Product Development with Research & Development and Regulatory        Lead, train & develop Marketing Team        Handle Pharma related Marketing Operations   Specific Type of Experience Required:        5+ years of Director level US Pharmaceutical Marketing experience on a comprehensive, successful key brand with large HCP and Consumer campaigns        5+ years successful leadership of a Pharmaceutical Marketing team        Brand launch experience        Annual Business Plan development & successful championship to management        Successful partnership and creative campaign execution working with large advertising and public relations agencies        Successful Leadership of a large Direct to Consumer Campaign        Strong strategic thinker willing to roll their sleeves up for flawless execution        Strong presentation skills and comfortable with communicating and presenting up to a Board of Directors level        Strong ability to collaborate cross-functionally        Some sales and/or sales management experience Specific type of experience Preferred:        Experience marketing within the women's health category        Leadership of life cycle management initiatives        Experience across the marketing mix to include: advertising, public relations, sales materials, direct marketing, web-based marketing, convention presence        Marketing Analytics Qualifications:        Education required:  Bachelor's Degree        Education preferred:  Advanced degree, especially MBA in Marketing, General Management, or an advanced scientific degree        Experience required:  7+ years in pharmaceutical industry with 5+ years pharmaceutical brand management including leadership and management of pharmaceutical marketing teams        Pharmaceutical Direct to Consumer experience is required        Ability to pass CSI background check Reports to:        Vice President of Marketing   As an employee of CooperSurgical, you'll receive an outstanding total compensation plan. Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
