New Business Manager

The New Business Manager works closely with the Sales Management and Account Management teams to support the full-life cycle of our sales process, including generating and qualifying leads, ownership of pitch preparation as well as follow-up and relationship management.  You will be responsible for the day-to-day project management of active new business opportunities and will work with various departments (marketing, leadership team) managing deliverables against the necessary timeframes.   Responsibilities: Generate activity for pipeline development including cold calling, contacting warm leads, and cross selling Lead development of new offerings Consultative Sales Process knowledge and/or expertise Gather all requirements for upcoming sales pitches Compile all relevant material and build sales deck based on client's needs; including relevant topics to cover during sales pitch Facilitate all internal strategy/ Prep meetings prior to client pitches Manage open items lists and project plans Prepare updates for internal and external use on sale progress Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly reports for the Chief Sales Officer Identify work at risk of not meeting committed deadlines and work with CSO on needed action plans to get back on track Assist in preparing client reports, presentations, and correspondence Work with finance to develop quotes Serve as point of contact for clients when CSO is unavailable or out of office Work with Marketing on lead campaigns and RFI responses Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience 3-5 years of relevant sales experience Demonstrated ability to manage projects under tight deadlines Ability to prepare presentations and reports Self-starter with the true grit of a successful sales person Team player and collaborator Strong organizational skills with an attention to detail Results oriented Excellent verbal, written and analytical skills Skilled with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Travel up to 50% Preferred qualifications for this role Knowledge of Medicare, health insurance and call centers operations Experience in a client service/sales role

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
