Director of Commercial Operations

Position Summary:   Responsible for overseeing all commercial operations, including providing support where needed to ensure successful business operations. One of the main responsibilities includes conducting business planning process to measure performance. Keeping accurate sales operations records, to help modify existing sales operations processes, create budgets, and allocate resources to reach all sales operations goals. Additionally, to monitor operational performance and lead business meetings to recommend changes to operations. Also, they oversee strategic sales planning, forecasting at regular intervals, analyzing all sales operations, and modifying them to make them more efficient without sacrificing effectiveness and quality. They work with managers and analyst to increase productivity and facilitate sales operations by educating others on their company offerings.   Essential Functions:   Analyzing business requirements for all Cooper Surgical Business Units, to assess current trends and opportunities Utilizing market awareness to identify business opportunities within CSI businesses.  This includes the overall customer opportunity based on data that would direct the greatest market opportunities.  In addition, proper territory targeting based on procedure data at an account/physician level, with volume dynamics Lead sales cadence -- forecast calls, roadmap preparation, pipeline management, and revenue tracking Prepare material for the sales leadership team's compensation planning, territory planning and forecast cadence Manage quarter/YE close by facilitating daily called/closed won opportunity reconciliation Define and create analytics and productivity metrics for sales leadership and their teams, to assist in managing and driving their business Drive and track contract renewals by assisting Account Executive in the creation of complex renewal opportunities in CRM, coordinate internal requirements, i.e. Pricing Assistant and Projects, for timely revenue recognition Provide program and project management to coordinate, document and implement new and/or enhanced operational processes and systems Coordinate operational activities/projects with other functions including service, finance, business lines and sales as appropriate Manage Commercial Operations Analyst to support the Information business line and Core Sales Team Very strong technical skills coupled with business intelligence and a deep understanding of the customer's needs so that they can be transformed into application and operational requirements Acting as an interface and project lead between business units, technology teams and support teams Additional duties as may be directed by Management   Qualifications:   Minimum Bachelor's Degree from an accredited College or University. Excellent software application skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Advanced Excel skills required (Formulas, Pivot Tables) CRMexperience a must Medical device and/or pharmaceutical sales analytics would be preferred Demonstrated ability to work with other departments to form collaborative and cooperative work/project groups to implement requirements of various reports. High energy and self-motivated. Self-Motivated with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with minimal instruction. Effective professional communication skills both verbally and written, as appropriate for the audience. Thoroughness and attention to detail

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
