CEO/Recruiting Team Leader

We are searching for a dynamic, high energy CEO/RECRUITER to be responsible for growth, management and rapid growth for a real estate enterprise.
The right candidate will possess the following:
Demonstrate tenacious results - oriented recruiting skills to attract others to Keller Williams Realty.
Management Recruiting experience with a track record of success.
Be a highly competitive P&L focused professional, with a demonstrated track record as #1.
Organized, training and instructional for agents, affiliates and staff, high level of technology skills a must.
The ability to energize, inspire and motivate those around him or her.
Possess a high level of integrity, discipline and organizational skills.
Have a passion to change lives and succeed through others.
Real Estate background preferred, not required.
Be learning based.
Weekly accountability meeting with your coach & with owner(s).
The idea candidate is an assertive person with a take charge attitude, quick reactions and a strong sense of urgency. They have high energy, are learning based and are great at establishing and nurturing relationships. This individual is self-sufficient, self-directed, and highly motivated. Real Estate experience preferred but we will consider qualified candidates who have Leadership, or Recruiting experience, and/or ties to the real estate industry. The role requires a person who is proactive in their sales approach and focused on making contacts to set recruiting appointments. The individual will directly lead staff members and associates and be responsible for the hiring, training, and consulting of these personnel.
This leader has strong verbal communication skills, is an active listener who is great at rapport building. They have knowledge of financial management, technology skills, time management and are accountable for their results. We are searching for a leader who values commitment, communication and teamwork. They are motivated by competition, self actualization and a clear vision. They are persistent towards the achievement of personal and company goals.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
