The customer service manager is responsible to direct, control, and coordinates customer support functions including but not limited to quotation processing, order management, and AOG support. They are responsible for customer support across CSS Aftermarket Operations customer base and managing the transactional spares and repairs business to ensure customer satisfaction as well as sales growth. As the functional manager, the customer service manager is responsible for managing a customer service team which includes all management requirements such as hiring and training employees, planning and directing workload, monitoring group performance, and appraising individual performance. Directs and manages customer management staff to be sure customer requirements are met and addressed. Trouble shoots any problems/concerns on behalf of the customer. Reviews core metrics to include quote TAT, repair TAT, spares lead time, quote win rate, and market intelligence to ensure market growth and customer satisfaction

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
