Constant monitoring and updating of trackers to reconcile charges and ensure cases are billed as they are completed.
Payment PostingConfirm and reconcile all payments to banking source on a daily basis.
Collection calls and/or correspondence in a fast-paced department.
Monitoring and maintaining assigned accountsAccount adjustments, small balance write-offs,Customer reconciliations, and credit and rebill pre-processing.
Contacts domestic and international customers with delinquent accountsWhat you'll need to succeed as an Accounts Receivable Specialist:
Associates Degree PreferredPrior Accounts Receivable experience of at least two years and high-volume corporate Collections /B2Bcollection experience.
Manufacturing, Distribution Experience a PLUSExperience with Integrate / Data, Access, or Microsoft Dynamics (preferred).
