Huza's current favorite is coffee oreo!) PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES We are looking for a compassionate and proactive team player to keep the guest experience fantastic, including insurance coordination, billing and collection.
SPECIFIC DUTIES Patient scheduling, registration, insurance coordination, billing and collection, data entry and processing, and cash posting Ensure quality patient service by providing thorough patient care, effective communication, and personal attention in a gentle, caring manner Obtain benefit information from Insurers Explain treatment plans and estimated costs to patients Submit insurance claims and follow-up on outstanding claims Post insurance checks and ETFs Issue refunds for any overpayments Send out invoices and follow-up on past-due payments Run and email end-of-day reports Follow and demonstrate commitment to Huza Endodontics' policies, professional expectations, clinical service excellence, and outstanding patient service Effectively communicate and develop a strong working relationship with the Dentist and promote teamwork through cooperative and professional behaviors Follow OSHA and CDC Guidelines for a clean and safe workplace Other duties may be assigned COMPANY DESCRIPTION:

Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent 2 years of dental office experience preferred Job Type:
