A candidate with a track record within the Enterprise IT or IT Service Provider industry demonstrating a high-level of commitment to exceptional customer service and continuous improvementDeep understanding of physical, virtual, and cloud infrastructure operations and monitoringExperience in a technical lead role with the ability to oversee customer and internal technical engineering resources for project completion and success.
Familiarity with support tools, techniques, and firm understanding of how technology is used to provide and enhance IT servicesEnjoy working with customers at all levelsWillingness to travel for client-based projects when requiredStrong knowledge of ITSM applications and processesStrong organizational, presentation, and customer service skillsSkill in preparing written communications and materials, especially in delivering technical information to customers in a manner that they are able to understandInterpersonal skills:

BA/BS, preferably in computer science or a related field.
5-10 years of systems or cloud professional experience required.
Professional IT Certifications, such as:
Microsoft Certified Azure/365 Associate/Expert, MCSA/MCSE, VMWare VCP/VCA, Citrix CCA/CCEE/CCIASpecific experience as a hands on senior-level technical resource maintaining systems and/or cloud infrastructure and/or implementing new deployment and upgrade projects.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
