The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store, including managing staff, scheduling shifts, maintaining inventory levels, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, a commitment to customer service, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Supervise staff and ensure they are following company policies and procedures.
Train and motivate staff to achieve sales goals.
Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
Ensure that store is well-maintained and stocked with merchandise.
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner.
