The Data Entry Consultant primary responsibilities are:
Upload materials into LIMS and deliver them to IDL's Follow up with chemists to request missing documentation for LIMS entry Secondary
Responsibilities:
Provide chemists with support when looking for material documentation Generate monthly reports of expired material to send to and follow up with chemists Assist with RMAM (site safety tool) by checking to see if incoming materials have been uploaded Upload incoming SDS's to Sharepoint to support upload into MSDSOnline Coordinate with IDL attendant on expired material clean out Log materials that have been expired for one month out of LIMS File all hard copy SDS's and COA's LIMS:
Report any system glitches and missing safety hazards and precautions Take accurate accounting of regulated alcohol and dispensing materials.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in order picking and packing processes -Must speak English.
- Ability to operate pallet jacks and other materials handling equipment - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Excellent organizational skills to maintain an efficient warehouse layout - Basic computer skills for data entry and inventory tracking.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team This position requires physical stamina, as it involves standing, walking, lifting, and transporting heavy packages throughout the day.
The ability to follow safety protocols is essential.
