The successful candidate will be exceptionally outgoing, exhibit a strong attention to detail, show a high degree of initiative, and will be skilled in utilizing social media.
They will also be comfortable in touring prospects throughout our lovely community, and will show the ability to influence and persuade.
We offer a very competitive base compensation rate, substantial leasing commissions, and a full benefits package after 90 days employment which includes health care, two weeks paid vacation and 401-K program.
