Working closely with the leadership team, you manage a large center's day-to-day operations as a childcare center leader.
You build strong partnerships with staff and families to nurture each child's individual development and pave the way for success in school and life.
The Director will manage the overall operation of the center, including but not limited to:
Management of policies and procedures, child safety, and state licensing Ensuring that all staff members understand the objectives and expectations within each classroom.
Implementing and ensuring completion of training for all staff members.
Providing effective communication with parents/guardians about their child.
PTO management Facilities management Orienting new staff Professional development Mentoring staff Supporting children and families' needs Requirements:
At least five years of experience as a Center Director in a high-quality program or managing an organization that serves children is required.
Experience working in a NAEYC-accredited center is strongly preferred.
Bachelor's degree in early childhood education or a related field is required.
