In this critical support position, the Project Manager will direct exhibit projects through production and ensure projects are completed on time and according to quality standards and budget.
As a member of the Asset Management team, you'll handle the following
Responsibilities:
Review prospective projects and estimates with account executives prior to proposal submisstion to determine feasibility Lead pre-construction meetings to verify expectations Develop product schedules Generate work orders Address project-related questions (new build construction, lead times, use of materials, etc) Attend final client viewings to respond to issues that may develop prior to packing and shipping Negotiate and purchase project related materials, parts, and supplies Lead post-show construction meetings Facilitate inspections and meetings between suppliers and the company Maintain/administrate project logs, receiving reports, and invoices About You:
You have 3
years project management experience in a construction setting You have excellent organizational and communication skills along with a strong service orientation You possess a professional demeanor and are able to operate under deadlines and time constraints You are familiar with project management software and the Microsoft office package Occasional travel required (.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
